Please send all returns by registered post as we are unable to issue a refund if a product does not arrive. Please follow our guide on remoulding your ear plugs before returning them.

About ZenPlugs
ZenPlugs was founded in 2009 after Dr Toby Bateson invented the ZenPlugs process. Having spent years using uncomfortable stethoscopes whose earpieces split and come off he knew he could do better. After a long time spent researching materials and processes he came up with the unique ZenPlugs process and applied for a patent which has since been granted. The unique process allows users to create customised fitted ear plugs, earphones and stethoscope earpieces for a fraction of the price of visiting the audiologist.
We are proud of our products and use them ourselves every day. We are always looking to make improvements and welcome feedback from our customers. Our recipe is a trade secret and no other ear plug or earpiece manufacturer is using the same materials or processes.
